These terms govern your use of the Ebshir platform as a customer or technician.

The service

Ebshir connects customers with independent technicians. Ebshir is not the employer of technicians and does not itself perform maintenance work.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Technicians must be verified before accepting jobs, honour the prices they quote and comply with local regulations.

Prices are agreed before the job starts. Payment methods available at launch are shown in the app.

Abuse, fraud, discrimination or misuse of contact details leads to suspension.

Ebshir mediates disputes in good faith but is not liable for the quality of work performed by independent technicians beyond what the law requires.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email.
